Some fish this evening, i thought. Quick as a bunny.
Pollock fillets, with fresh leaves of basil, light yogurt with Parmesan cheese mixed in, bread crumbs combined with salt and paprika, bit of butter on top, and into the oven it goes. Not too much, though, just 20 minutes. (more would be unbearable in this weather). I served it with some salad left over from breakfast. Deliciously vicious!
